As a therapist, I love nothing more than helping my clients navigate difficult emotional, behavioral, and relationship life challenges and watching them find meaning and peace in their lives. Whether my client is an adult navigating life's many hard challenges, or a teenager struggling with their emotions and identity. My goal is to empower them in their unique journey of discovery, growth, and change.
My approach is to provide support and promote trust through guidance, practical tools, and evidence-based interventions. I offer holistic therapy services tailored to each client's specific needs. Focused on fostering resilience and creativity on their journey of healing and growth by exploring their strengths, challenges, and goals.
I have experience working with those struggling with complex trauma, ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-harm, and other mental health issues. I am trained to work with individuals of all ages, from children to adults.
